1.First go to: "Start --> Run"Type "regedit" with out quotes
3. Navigate to and select HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop
4. Double click the "Menu ShowDelay" icon on the right
5. Change "Value data" from its default of 400 (milliseconds) to 0
6. Exit the Registry and reboot.
That's all . You have done it. Enjoy the speed of the start menu and sub menus.
